Second Thursday Socials are a relaxed opportunity to connect with other YAGers. In December I thought we would capitalize on the true spirit of the holidays and enjoy being in a religious community that doesn't count gluttony as a mortal sin! So, bring your favorite sweets to share, or offload the piles of gifted goodies. BYO bevies - coffee and tea provided. Finger foods and salty snacks welcomed to offset the sweet tooth. First YAG Chalice Circle Gathering

Chalice Circles are small groups of people comprised of members of the BUF community who meet monthly to explore the meaning of your lives and deepen your connection to BUF. They give you a chance to share what is happening in your life, to explore important questions and issues, and to offer service to the BUF community and beyond. Groups usually meet for around 2 hours to discuss the topics and materials provided by BUF. Our YAG group is meeting for the first time in December. If you are interested in joining our group please contact me! If Mondays do not work for you and you would like to find another Chalice Circle at BUF let me know - there are many groups that meet and ther is always room for new members!

YAG at the Patch!

YAG will be hosting our second annual trip to the pumpkin patch, open to all BUF members, friends and family. Check out information about this quaint, picturesque farm in Everson, with animals, apple pie, cider, corn maze, a donut shack and, of course, some great looking squash! We will be meeting at BUF and carpooling - please let me know if you are able to drive. THEN... Come carve your pumpkins with friends and family at BUF Family Night the following Wednesday the 28th - dinner provided for reasonable prices.
